2025-2026 Sports Physicals
Deadline for Spring Sports is February 20th
Students cannot participate in sports if they are not medically cleared to participate or if their parents have not completed the necessary forms/consents in Genesis.
Parental sign-up for a sport and submitting physicals if needed (your last physical was more than 365 days from the start of the season) by the deadline ensures you will be able to participate on the first day of practice.
Athletes are not guaranteed to be cleared to participate on the first day of practice/tryouts if they have not submitted their sports physical by the deadline.
- Signed up for a sport for the current season in Genesis, all forms/consents filled out
- If their physical is not up to date, and an emergency action plan for medical conditions such as Asthma, Life-Threatening Allergies, etc. (if needed) have not been completed by the due date.

We believe a dynamic and diverse program of student athletic activities is vital to the educational development of the student. Athletics have been, and should continue to be, an integral part of the total educational program at North Plainfield High School and should provide a variety of experiences to aid in the development of favorable values in preparation for adult life.
