Students cannot participate in sports if they are not medically cleared to participate or if their parents have not completed the necessary forms/consents in Genesis. 

Parental sign-up for a sport and submitting physicals if needed (your last physical was more than 365 days from the start of the season) by the deadline ensures you will be able to participate on the first day of practice. 

Athletes are not guaranteed to be cleared to participate on the first day of practice/tryouts if they have not submitted their sports physical by the deadline.

1. Signed up for a sport for the current season in Genesis, all forms/consents filled out 
2. If their physical is not up to date, and an emergency action plan for medical conditions such as Asthma, Life-Threatening Allergies, etc. (if needed) have not been completed by the due date.

SUMMER 2026 SPORTS PHYSICAL DROP-OFF 

Deadline for Fall Sports Physicals: Friday, July 24th, 2026
Completed sports physical packets for middle school or high school can be dropped off to the high school main office Monday-Thursday 8am-2pm. The high school main office has been relocated to the cafeteria overflow room during construction. Emailed copies of sports physicals will not be accepted.
