Lunch Application

Important Notice: On October 14, 2026, all lunch applications from 2025-26 will expire. A new 2026-27 application must be completed to continue free/reduced eligibility.

New for 2026-27: Complete your Lunch Application in your Genesis Parent Portal. A Free/Reduced Lunch Application must be completed in order to be eligible for the program.

2 Ways to Complete the Lunch Application:

1. Through your Genesis Parent Portal Forms.

  • Log in to the Genesis Parent Portal and click on forms to complete the Free/Reduced Meal Application. Complete all prompts. You will receive your Eligibility Decision at the end. For Genesis help, please contact your school office. 

2. Print the Lunch Application linked above and return it to your child’s school.
