Physical Education, Health & Driver's Education
The Physical Education Program provides a variety of activities that promote each student’s optimum physical, emotional, mental, and social development. The program provides learning experiences that support a variety of physical activity areas such as basic movement skills, team, dual, and individual sports, fitness, rhythm and dance, and lifetime recreational activities. We have integrated technology into the program through the use of heart rate monitors, pedometers, Dance-Dance Revolution, WII Fitness, X-Box Kinect 360 Fitness, and fitness assessment programs to assess individual fitness levels, and to monitor individual progress toward healthy fitness goals.
