Injuries

Students who return to school with stitches, casts, air casts, crutches, splints, wheelchairs, walkers, canes and immobilizers will be admitted to school with a doctor's note that includes restrictions for physical education, sports participation and recess.

Parents - Please report to the school nurse with your child upon return to school to determine your child's ability to use assistive devices, such as crutches and boots, and to discuss a plan to be initiated for a safe and smooth return for your child.
